Ajayi Crowther University (ACU) is now accepting applications for its Pre-Degree and Foundation programs for the 2023/2024 academic session. The Pre-Degree program requires applicants to have a minimum of three credits at the SSCE/GCE Ordinary Level, while the Foundation program targets candidates with a basic minimum of five credits. Successful completion of these programs allows students to progress to the 100 or 200 level, respectively. A wide range of courses are available across the faculties of Humanities, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, and Natural Science.
Ajayi Crowther University (ACU), in keeping with its commitment to broadening access to quality higher education, is pleased to announce the commencement of applications into its Pre-Degree and Foundation programmes for the 2023/2024 academic session.
Programmes and Requirements
- Pre-Degree Programme: This programme runs for a duration of one academic session. Applicants must possess a minimum of three (3) credit level passes at the SSCE/GCE Ordinary Level in not more than two sittings. Successful candidates will be eligible for admission into the 100 level after retaking and passing the UTME and WAEC/SSCE NECO.
- Foundation Programme: This also runs for one academic session. Candidates who are deficient in UTME but have a basic minimum of five (5) credit level passes in SSCE/GCE Ordinary Level relevant to their course of interest can apply. Successful completion of the programme will make candidates eligible for admission to 200 Level through JAMB Direct Entry.

To apply for the Pre-Degree or Foundation Programmes, candidates should follow the steps listed below:
- Online Account Creation: Create a user account by clicking here to create an account.
- Account Login: Log into your user’s account with the Username and Password specified during account creation.
- Application Form: From your account dashboard, click on ‘Fill Application Form’ icon to complete online application form.
- Payment: Make a payment of ₦6,000 through the ACU Online payment portal. Click here to pay.
- Confirmation: Send a scanned copy of your admission form payment teller to cpfp@acu.edu.ng.
