FUTO Change of Course / Supplementary Form – 2014/15


Federal University of Technology, Owerri, FUTO change of course / supplementary form for the 2014/2015 academic session is out.

FUTO

This is to inform all the candidates that participated in Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) post UTME screening with a score of 180 and above, but are yet to be admitted that they can now apply for FUTO Supplementary Admissions through the following process:

i)              Payment of the sum of N7,500.00 at any of the following Banks using the e-tranzact platform.

BANKS                                       

(a)         Diamond Bank                                      

(b)         First Bank                                   

(c)         Zenith Bank            

(d)         FUTO Microfinance Bank                                          

ii)            Download and print one (1) Supplementary Admission Form from the HERE..

iii)          Complete the printed hard copy of the form and return not later than Monday, 27th October, 2014 to the Admissions Unit, Registry Annex with photocopies of the following items:

a)           E-Tranzact Slip

b)           JAMB Result Slip;

c)            FUTO Post-UTME Result Slip

d)           WAEC / NECO Results

In completing the supplementary forms, please, take note of the following information on the various departments and their minimum average cut-off requirements: See: FUTO Supplementary Admission Cut-Off Marks

Please, note again:

(i) that before the above average cut-off scores can be used, the candidate shall have made a minimum of 180 in both JAMB and the FUTO Post-UTME;

(ii) that candidates should not complete the forms into more than one (1) department as this will attract outright disqualification;

(iii) that candidates awaiting WAEC / NECO results should not apply as they will be screened out.
