Here is an important update to all the staff of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) regarding the 2014 annual medical screening
The Annual staff Medical Screening for the Year 2014 Commences on Tuesday 1st July 2014.
The first Phase involves Physical examination and laboratory tests for all staff of the University and chest x-ray for staff that have not had chest x-ray in the last 3 years.
The time table spans the whole year i.e. 1st July 2014 to 30th June 2015 and for ease of remembrance, Staff have been scheduled on their birthdays or as close to it as possible.

On the Screening date, staff should come fasting i.e. last meal taken at 9.00pm the previous night. Each staff is expected to report for and also complete the screening within four days of the appointment date. Thereafter preliminary reports will be sent via email.
Information on the second phase which is restricted to women 40 years and above and men 50 years and above will be posted later on the University website before the end of July 2014.
