Application Process

Step 1: Payment

Academic Transcript: Pay N10,000.00 online via REMITA. Fees may change.
Verification: Pay N7,000.00, divided as follows:
- N5,000.00 to the University of Ilorin via REMITA.
- N2,000.00 to PGS Account Number: 1100023347 at Unilorin Microfinance Bank.
English Proficiency: Pay N5,000.00 to PGS Account Number: 1100023347 at Unilorin Microfinance Bank.

Step 2: Complete and Submit Application Form

Fill out the transcript application form.

Prepare for JAMB, WAEC, NECO, BECE, NCEE and Post UTME

Step 3: Attach Required Documents

Submit the following documents with the application form:

Payment receipt from REMITA.
Payment receipt from Microfinance Bank.
Photocopy of the applicant's certificate.
Evidence of payment to the chosen courier agent.

Step 4: Delivery Options

Official Academic Transcript: Sent online to an official email or via courier/NIPOST to an official address.
Student Copy: Can be collected by hand, a courier agent, an authorised person or sent to a valid email address.

Note: Personal emails are not allowed for official transcripts, verification or English proficiency applications.

Step 5: Letter of Authority

If an authorised person is collecting the documents, they must provide a letter of authority and a photocopy of identification.
