AAU Part-Time Postgraduate Diploma Admission Requirements
1. Postgraduate Diploma in Business Education
Candidate for the postgraduate Diploma in Business Education must have:
a. At least a Third Class Honours Degree of Ambrose Alli University or any other recognized Institutions in a science-based discipline. Other relevant professional qualifications may be considered on their own merit.
b. HND from recognized Polytechnic or College of Technology. The postgraduate Diploma in Business Education will be awarded after the fulfillments of the following conditions:
i) A successful completion of prescribed course work
ii) A pass in the prescribed examinations.
iii) Obtaining approval of a completed research thesis.
Duration of the Programme
The Postgraduate Diploma programme will be three full semesters. The programme should be geared towards solving existing computing problems in any chosen sector of the
2. Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science
Candidate for the postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science Education must have:

4. Postgraduate Diploma in Geography and Regional Education
Candidates for the postgraduate diploma in Geography and Regional Planning must have
a. At least a third class honour degree of Ambrose Alli University or any other recognized institution in Geography and Regional Planning or other related disciplines like Land Surveying, Geology. Geophysics, Environmental Resources Management, Urban and Regional Planning etc
b. HND/HNC from Recognised Polytechnic or college of Technology in Land Surveying, Cartography Urban and Regional Planning etc
The postgraduate Diploma in Geography and Regional Education will be awarded after the fulfillments of the following conditions:
i. A successful completion of prescribed course work
ii A pass in the prescribed examinations.
iii Obtaining approval of a completed research thesis.

5. Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration
Candidate for the postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration must have:

Candidate for the Postgraduate Diploma in Phonetic Education must have:

b. HND from recognized Polytechnic or College of Technology. The postgraduate Diploma in Zoology will be awarded after the fulfillments of the following conditions:
i. A successful completion of prescribed course work
iv. A pass in the prescribed examinations.
v. Obtaining approval of a completed research thesis.

How to Apply for AAU Part-Time Postgraduate Diploma Form
Applicants are required to purchase an eTranzact PIN (Payment Voucher) for Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma’s School of Postgraduate Studies Form at a fee of N23,000.00 (Twenty Three Thousand Naira) only from the Fidelity Bank Plc, Ekpoma.
PROCEDURE FOR ON-LINE APPLICATION
- On purchase of the eTranzact PIN (Payment Voucher), candidates are to visit the Ambrose Alli University website @ https://aauekpoma.edu.ng or portal @ https://aaue.waeup.org to complete and submit the School of Postgraduate Studies online application form with reference to the handbook. All such candidates must upload their coloured passport photographs and scanned copies of all relevant certificates/documents to the portal.
- Candidates should preview and confirm that the passport photograph is uploaded correctly, as no complaint of wrong or blank picture will be entertained after submission of forms.
- Candidates are to print out a copy of the duly completed Application Form with their passport photograph and submit a hard copy to, and collect a hard copy of the Handbook from the School of Postgraduate Studies.

DURATION OF APPLICATION: Application forms for the School of Postgraduate Studies Programmes will be available online for completion and submission to School of Postgraduate Studies office from Monday, 4th November, – Tuesday, 31st March, 2020.
