AAUA Post UTME / DE Screening Form for 2023/2024 Session


Adekunle Ajasin University (AAUA) has opened its Post UTME/Direct Entry application for 2023/2024. Starting 7th August 2023, candidates may apply online with 160+ UTME marks, 250+ for LAW, paying a fee of N2,500. Participation in online screening is mandatory, and specific guidelines must be followed.

If you’ve applied for admission into AAUA, Ondo State, for the 2023/2024 academic session, here’s everything you need to know about the application process, eligibility, instructions, and more.

Important Announcement

The Post UTME Screening Exercise application form is now on sale, available to all eligible candidates. Starting from Monday, 7th August 2023, you can register for the online screening after the payment of N2,000.00 (two thousand naira) only, including bank charges.

Candidates Eligible for AAUA Post UTME

The eligibility criteria are strictly defined as below:

  • LAW: You must have scored 250 marks and above in your 2023/2024 UTME before you are eligible to apply for LAW. If your score is less than 250 marks, DO NOT APPLY.
  • OTHER COURSES: You must have scored 160 marks and above in your 2023/2024 UTME before you are eligible to apply for other courses. If your score is less than 160 marks, DO NOT APPLY.
  • Changing First Choice Institution: If you scored the required marks and are willing to make Adekunle Ajasin University your institution of the First choice, you are eligible.

Special Note

If AAUA was not your institution of first choice but you wish to choose it, please make the necessary change of Institution on JAMB CAPS to AAUA.

How to Apply for AAUA Post UTME Form

Follow these detailed guidelines to complete your application:

  1. Visit AAUA Application Portal;
  2. Go to Create Account Section;
  3. Select AAUA Main Undergraduate as Parent Programme;
  4. Select Undergraduate Degree Programmes as Programme of Choice;
  5. Create an account with valid, functional and unique Phone number and E-mail address;
  6. Log in and make payment of N2,500.00 only via E-transact;
  7. After successful payment, fill your application form with valid details; and
  8. Print out Admission Application Acknowledgment slip.

General Instructions to All Candidates

  • Correctly upload all your O’Level results on the portal. A maximum of two (2) sittings is allowed.
  • AAUA accepts WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB O’Level results.
  • Direct Entry candidates: AAUA accepts 1st Degree (Second Class Lower) ND (Upper Credit), HND (Lower Credit), JUPEB (6 Points) and NCE (8 Points) for Direct Entry candidates.
  • Awaiting O’Level results? You may apply but must upload the results as soon as they are released.
  • Click on Admission Requirements to check for O’Level and UTME subject requirements.
  • Ensure online form is carefully completed, following ALL necessary instructions.
  • Printout evidence of completion and keep for future reference.
  • Participation in the on-line screening exercise is compulsory.

Special Notice to Prospective Applicants

  • Registration commences on Monday, 7th August 2023.
  • LAW programme applicants must score not less than 250 marks.
  • Provide valid and active E-mail addresses and phone numbers (without DND “DO NOT DISTURB”). The University takes no responsibility for failure to get information due to invalid contacts.
  • PLEASE, NOTE THAT THE UNIVERSITY DOES NOT HAVE ANY AGENT.
