Arthur Jarvis University, AJU academic calendar for the 2019/2020 academic session has been released.
This is to inform all the fresh and returning students of the Arthur Jarvis University (AJU), Akpabuyo, Cross Rivers State, that the management of the institution has released the academic calendar for the 2019/2020 academic session.

|2.||Monday, 18th Nov., 2019.||Registration begins for the fresh Students.||All 2019/2020 newly admitted students are required to begin their Faculty, Departmental and GSS registrations. Time-table cards must be submitted to the respective course Lecturers for signing.|
|3.||Wednesday, 20th Nov., – Friday, 22ndNov., 2019.||Orientation period for the fresh Students.||All 2019/2020 newly admitted students are required to be at the University’s Multi-purpose Hall for the orientation exercise.|
|4.||Friday, 22nd Nov., 2019.||Arrival of all returning students.||All old students of the University are required to be on campus for academic activities. Otherwise, the late resumption fee applies.|
|5.||Monday, 25th Nov., 2019.|
|6.||Friday, 13th Dec., 2019.||End of registrations for all Students.||Regular registrations end for all Students of the University.|
|7.||Monday, 16th Dec., 2019.||Late Registrations begin for all Students.||Registration continues for all students who missed the regular registration exercise.|
|8.||Friday, 20th Dec., 2019.||Christmas/New Year holidays begin for all students.||All students are required to vacate the University campus for the Christmas/New Year holidays.|
|9.||Friday, 10th Jan., 2020.||All students (new and old) return back to campus.||All students are required to resume for a continuation of academic activities.|
|10.||Monday, 13th Jan., 2020.||Lectures resume after the Christmas/New Year holidays.||All students are compulsorily required to resume lectures as usual.|
|11.||Friday, 24th Jan., 2020.||Registrations (Regular and Late) end for all students.||End of all registration exercises for the Semester. Only duly registered students will be shortlisted for examinations.|
|12.||Friday, 27th Mar., 2020.||End of Lectures for all Students.||lectures end for the Semester.|
|13.||Saturday, 28th Mar., 2020.||Matriculation???||All 2019/2020 newly admitted Students are required to fulfill all requirements and be properly kitted for the Matriculation exercise.|
|14.||Monday, 30th Mar. – Friday, 3rd April, 2020.||Revision.||Prior to examinations for the Semester, academic staff are required to revise all classwork with their students.|
|15.||Monday, 6th April, 2020.||Examinations begin.||All qualified students of the University are administered examinations appropriately.|
|16.||Friday, 10th and Monday, 13th April, 2020.||Good Friday and Easter Monday.||Public Holidays (No Examination).|
|17.||Tuesday, 14th April, 2020.||Examination continues||The Semester examinations resume after the holidays.|
|16.||Friday, 24th April, 2020.||End of all examinations.||End of 2019/2020 First Semester. All students vacate the University campus.|
