This announcement is for all both UTME and Direct Entry candidates seeking admission into the undergraduate degree programmes offered through this collaboration.

Eligibility for Post UTME Screening

To be eligible for the Post UTME Screening, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• UTME candidates must have scored at least 160 in the 2024 UTME.
• DE candidates must have applied through JAMB in the 2024 admission process.
• Applicants must have five (5) O’ level credits in relevant subjects, including English Language, at not more than two sittings.
• Applicants must have selected Auchi Polytechnic (in affiliation with FULOKOJA) as their institution of first choice.

Requirements for Online Screening

To participate in the screening, applicants must:

• Effect a change of institution (and course of study, if necessary) to Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi in affiliation with Federal University Lokoja.
• Upload O’ level results on the JAMB portal before accessing the Polytechnic Post-UTME screening portal.
• Have a valid personal email address.

How to Apply for the Post UTME Screening

Follow these steps to register for the screening:

1. Log on to Remita Payment Portal.
2. Click on Pay TSA & State.
3. Choose Federal Government of Nigeria.
4. On the Pay a Biller page, select FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC AUCHI – 1000075 from the dropdown list.
5. Under Name of service/purpose, select UTILITY.
6. Under Description, type PAYMENT FOR DEGREE SCREENING (FUL).
7. Enter ₦2,000 in the Amount to Pay field.
8. Ensure your name matches your JAMB Registration Form.
9. Click Submit to complete payment and generate a receipt.
10. After payment, visit Auchi Polytechnic Portal to register for your screening.

Applicants who upload falsified documents will have their admission revoked, even if the fraud is discovered later.
