The University Management has approved the SCREENING EXERCISE of the new intake to be conducted from Monday 21st to Wednesday 30th March, 2022.

- 9. Birth Certificate/ Declaration of Age
- 10. Local Government / State Indigenization Certificate
- 11. Medical Certificate
- 12. National Identity Card
- 13. Four Copies of Recent Passport Photograph
