BOUESTI Biodata Submission and Fees Payment Procedures 2020/2021

The management of the Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology (BOUESTI) has released the procedures for the submission of Biodata and payment of school fees by all categories of students for the 2020/2021 academic session.

BOUESTI Biodata Submission and Fees Payment Procedures

A. UNN/NCE – RETURNING STUDENTS

1. Enter the URL portalcoe.bouesti.edu.ng in a browser
2. Select “STUDENT” on the homepage.
3. Enter your Matric Number as Username and password1 as password.
   After a successful, login
4. the portal will present the BIODATA page for you to complete.
5. Complete the BIODATA and upload your passport

B. Newly Admitted UNN/NCE students

1. Enter the URL portalcoe.bouesti.edu.ng in a browser
2. Select “STUDENT” on the homepage.
3. Enter your JAMB REG NUMBER/ FORM NUMBER as Username and password1 as password.
   After a successful, login
4. the portal will present the BIODATA page for you to complete.
5. Complete the BIODATA and upload your passport

C. Newly Admitted BOUESTI students

1. Enter the URL portal.bouesti.edu.ng in a browser
2. Select “STUDENT” on the homepage.
3. Enter your JAMB REG NUMBER as Username and password1 as password.
   After a successful, login
4. the portal will present the BIODATA page for you to complete.
5. Complete the BIODATA and upload your passport
6. Then proceed to Accommodation bookings.

Procedure for Accommodation Bookings for All Students

1. On your DASHBOARD 
2. Click on HOSTEL/ACCOMMODATION 
3. click on “Apply” to select a suitable Hall of residence
4. Start application process to make a booking for Bed space
5. Follow the payment process to generate Remitta (RRR Number)
6. Make payment through Card or Bank.
   After successful payment
7. Select Bed space
8. PRINT the Bed space allocation slip (this must contain your passport).

Procedure for Fees Payment for all Students

1. On your DASHBOARD 
2. Click on FEEs
3. Select FEES PAYMENT
4. Select the type of Payment your want (e.g., ACCEPTANCE, TUITION, HOSTEL)
5. Follow the payment process to generate Remitta (RRR) and make payment.
