BUTH College of Nursing Post UTME Form for 2025/2026 Admission

The College of Nursing Sciences at Bowen University Teaching Hospital, Ogbomoso has opened admission for its ND and HND Nursing programmes for the 2025/2026 session. Applications started on 26th May 2025.

Who Can Apply?

To be considered, you must:

• Have five O’level credits in English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB. You can combine WAEC with NECO or NABTEB with NABTEB, but not NABTEB with any other exam body.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Score 180 or above in your 2025 JAMB.

How To Apply

1. Go to the BUTH Nursing application portal.
2. Pay a non-refundable ₦20,000 (excluding bank charges) to the college account:
   • Bank: Wema Bank
   • Account Number: 0124181421
   • Account Name: College of Nursing, Bowen University Teaching Hospital
3. Upload your payment receipt (must be JPG, JPEG or PNG, between 40–120KB).
4. Click “Apply” to begin your application.

Registration Steps

• Use your email to create an account and choose a secure password.
• Enter the OTP sent to your email within 15 minutes.
• Upload a recent passport photo (white or red background, 15–100KB).
• Fill in your personal info, school history, UTME score and O’level results.
• Double-check everything before you hit submit. Once it’s in, you can’t edit it.

Note: If you later need to update your passport or any other details, there might be a small fee.

After Payment Is Confirmed

Once your payment is verified by the Accounts Office:

• Login to your dashboard.
• Print your Payment Receipt, Examination Slip, and Screening Invitation Letter.

A Few Warnings

• Only pay to the official account above.
• Do not go through agents or shady websites.
• Stick to the instructions and upload only what’s asked.

Deadline

Applications close by 11:59pm on Friday, 1st August 2025. If you’re eligible and ready, don’t wait till the last day.
