CRUTECH Academic Calendar
June 2023
- Tuesday, 13th June: Arrival of students, fee payment, and registration commence.
- Monday, 19th June: Fee payment and registration continue. Lectures begin for all students.
- Monday, 26th June: Lectures continue.
- Tuesday, 27th June: Departmental Board meeting.
- Wednesday, 28th June: Faculty Board meeting.
- Thursday, 29th June: Senate meeting for the consideration of results.
July 2023
- Monday, 31st July: Lectures continue.
- Monday, 10th July: Lectures continue and the first continuous Assessment commences.
- Monday, 17th July: Late Registration Commences.
- Monday, 24th July & 31st July: Lectures continue.
August 2023
- Wednesday, 2nd August: Inaugural lecture.
- Monday, 7th & 14th August: Lectures continue.
- Thursday, 17th August: Convocation.
- Monday, 21st August: Revision begins.
- Tuesday, 22nd August: Departmental Board meeting.
- Wednesday, 23rd August: Faculty Board meeting.
- Thursday, 24th August: Senate meeting and Students week begins.
- Friday, 25th August: Students week ends.
Examination Period
- Monday, 28th August: Examinations begin for year 1, 2, and 3 students.
- Monday, 4th September: Examinations continue for year 1, 2, and 3 students.
- Tuesday, 5th September: Examinations end for year 1, 2, and 3 students.
- Wednesday, 6th September: Examinations begin for year 4 and 5 students.
- Monday, 11th September: Examinations continue for year 4 and 5 students.
- Friday, 15th September: Examinations end for year 4 and 5 students.
The new academic session for 2023/2024 is scheduled to begin on the 15th of October, 2023.
