FCAHPT Vom (ATBU) PGD Form 2022/2023

The Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology, Vom, in affiliation with the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi (ATBU) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) programme for the 2022/2023 academic session:

1. PGD in Agricultural Science (Animal Production).
2. PGD in Agricultural Science (Crop Production).
3. PGD in Agricultural Economics & Extension.

PROGRAMME DURATION: PGD (FULL TIME) FULL TIME; Minimum – 12 months, Maximum – 24 months

FCAHPT Vom (in Affiliation with ATBU) PGD Admission Requirements

1. PGD, Agricultural Economics & Extension)
   1. Basic O’Level requirement
   2. SSCE/GCE/ O’ Level credit passes in five subjects including Mathematics and English, Chemistry, Agricultural Science/Biology, Geography/ Economics or Physics obtained at not more than two sittings.
   3. Graduates of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University or other recognized Universities with at least Third Class Honours Degree.
   4. HND holders with a minimum of Lower credit from recognised institutions.
2. PGD, Animal Production
   1. Basic O’Level Requirements
   2. Candidates must possess five (5) credit passes in five subjects including English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Agricultural Science or Biology and Geography or Economics or Physics in a maximum of two attempts at the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examinations conducted by the West African Examination Council (WAEC) or National Business and Technical Examination Board (NABTEB), Teachers’ College Grade II Certificate, WAEC Technical, City and Guilds, General Certificate Examination (GCE) at the ordinary level or its equivalent. A Pre-NCE or Pre-ND credit pass in the relevant subjects are also acceptable.
   3. Graduates of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University or other recognized Universities with at least Third Class Honours Degree.
   4. HND holders with a minimum of Lower credit from recognised institutions.
3. PGD, Agricultural Science (Crop Production)
   1. Basic O’Level requirement
   2. SSCE/GCE O’ Level credit passes in five subjects including Mathematics and English, Chemistry, Agricultural Science/Biology, Geography/ Economics or Physics obtained at not more than two sittings.
   3. Graduates of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University or other recognized Universities with at least Third Class Honours Degree.

The application form is Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only.

• Generate RRR and make payment for your application
• Complete all necessary form and submit your application
• Pay for Screening and Print your slip

CLOSING DATE FOR COMPLETION AND SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM: Candidates are expected to complete and submit the application form online, printout a copy of the application form. The printed application form, photocopy of your credentials and a copy of the receipt of the purchase of the form should be returned to the Secretary, Directorate of Degree programme, Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology (FCAH&PT), P.M.B. 05, Vom, Jos, Plateau.
