How to Apply for Federal Poly Ado ND Evening Form

The application process is simple but demands attention to detail. It’s a two-stage procedure:

STAGE 1: JAMB Registration

  1. Visit the nearest JAMB office or JAMB CBT Accredited Centre
  2. Provide a valid email address, phone number, and pay N4,200 for application and processing fees
  3. Obtain JAMB Registration Number and Admission letter

STAGE 2: Federal Poly Ado Application

  1. Visit the Polytechnic Website and click on applicants to generate an invoice
  2. Select “ND PART-TIME” under PROGRAMME and choose your desired course
  3. Print the invoice and pay N11,500 for processing and registration on the Remita Platform, either through a bank or with a debit card (MasterCard, Visa Card, Verve Card)
  4. Fill the application form using the RRR number on the payment invoice (slip)
  5. Carefully review the form before submission
  6. Print the acknowledgement slip and application forms
