The honourees include former Kebbi State Governor Alhaji Saidu Usman Dakingari, Alhaji Muhammadu Indimi, founder of Oriental Energy Resources Ltd., Mr. Leo Stan Ekeh, Chairman of Zinox Group, and Ambassador Abubakar Sani (Makama Sokoto).
These figures have played a vital role in the growth of the university and its transformation over the years.
