The management of the Grundtvig Polytechnic, Oba, Anambra, is now selling the application forms for admission into its Higher National Diploma (HND) Programmes for the 2022/2023 academic session.

The cost of the Grundtvig Polytechnic HND admission form is Ten Thousand Naira (₦10,000).

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Higher National Diploma (HND) Programmes of the Grundtvig Polytechnic, Oba, Anambra, for the 2022/2023 academic session.

Grundtvig Polytechnic HND Admission Requirements

  • The basic requirements for admission into the ND programme of the course they wish to pursue at the HND level as contained in the NBTE revised entry requirements for ND programmes in Nigerian Polytechnics and Monotechnics.
  • National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of lower credit in their preferred course/relevant programme obtained from Grundtvig Polytechnic or any other recognized higher institution.
  • Evidence of a minimum of one (1) year post-ND cognate work experience.
  • ND diplomats with a pass (CGPA of 2.00-2.49) and industrial experience of not less than two (2) years in the specific field may be considered for admission into the HND programme.

Grundtvig Polytechnic HND Admission Screening & Registration Requirements

  • Receipt of payment for the purchase of the form.
  • Original and three (3) photocopies of the National Diploma (ND) result.
  • Evidence of post-ND cognate work experience.
  • Original and three (3) photocopies of the Receipt of Payment of the Acceptance Fee and Processing Fee.
  • Original and three (3) photocopies of O’Level SSCE, NECO, WAEC, NABTEB etc. Certificate(s) and online result printout.
  • Original and three (3) photocopies of Birth Certificate, Affidavit of Declaration of Age
  • Original and three (3) photocopies of Evidence of Change of Name (if applicable)
  • Original and three (3) photocopies of Identification, Certificate of Local Government of Origin
  • Original and three (3) photocopies of Medical Report of Fitness (visit the Polytechnic Clinic for collection of Medical Examination Form)
  • Original and three (3) photocopies of a letter of reference from a person of reputable standing in the society (e.g. Clergyman, Senior Public Servant, Notary public) vouching for your good behaviour.
  • Four (4) Recent Passport-Sized Photographs.

How to Apply for Grundtvig Polytechnic HND Admission Form

Option A (Online Application)

  • Interested applicants are required to pay a non-refundable Application form fee of ten thousand naira (N10,000) to Grundtvig Polytechnic First Bank Account Number: 2034370922.
  • Applicants click here to complete the HND online application form. The link to the form is also available under the Admission tab on this website. Please note that your bank payment teller/receipt must be uploaded along with other credentials specified on the portal.
  • Applicants print out an offer of Provisional Admission letter, which will be automatically available for download by the candidate on successful completion of the application form.

Option B (Offline Application)

  • Interested applicants are required to pay a non-refundable Application form fee of ten thousand naira (N10,000) to Grundtvig Polytechnic First Bank Account Number: 2034370922.
  • Applicants visit the Bursary unit (Reception) of the school to collect the HND application form and submit the duly completed form (Please, attach evidence of payment).
  • Applicants are issued an offer of Provisional Admission Letter on submission of the duly completed application form at the Admissions office.
