IAUE Re-Opens Portal for Payment of Fees for 2nd Semester 2021/2022

Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) has reopened portal for the payment of fees/charges for the second semester, 2021/2022 academic session.

IAUE Re-Opens Portal for Payment of Fees

On behalf of the Senate and Management of the University, the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Okechuku Onuchuku, warmly welcomes all students to the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic session. On Monday, May 23, 2022, lectures for all levels of undergraduate students began for the second semester. Students are expected to devote sufficient time to their studies in order to achieve their goals.

Following the resumption of academic activities at the university, all students are advised to take the following into consideration and act appropriately.

  • The University portal is now open for fee/charge payment. The approved 30 per cent late payment surcharge now applies to undergraduate and postgraduate students in levels 200 to 400 who have not paid at least the first instalment of their fees and have registered for the first semester.
  • However, the 30% surcharge does not apply to all students who have paid at least the first instalment of their fees and have registered for the first semester of the 2021/2022 session. Such students must pay their second instalment of fees and complete their registration for the second semester.
  • Please keep in mind that the information above does not apply to fresh candidates who did not pay at least the first instalment of their fees during the first semester, as the portal is completely closed for them.
  • All undergraduate students who have not paid their fees up to the current second semester of the 2021/2022 academic session will be unable to write the GNS Examination, Compulsory CBT-based examinations for years 3 and 4, or view their results on the Result Management System (RMS).
  • Students should be aware that the registration portal has been programmed in an orderly protocol with NO FEES BYPASS. Before further access can be granted, all outstanding fees must be paid. After semester registration, students should remember to update their bio-data in the University Portal.
  • Finally, please be aware that the 30% surcharge for late payment and registration for the 2021/2022 session is not an increase in fees/charges.

The Acting Vice-Chancellor wishes all students God’s blessings as they begin the second semester of their academic careers.
