Igbinedion University’s School Fees Structure
The school fees structure applies to both fresh students and those returning for the 2023/2024 academic session. It’s worth noting the following:
- All fees can be paid online through the university portal or via e-Tranzact platform at Access Bank, Zenith Bank, or First Bank.
- Once paid, fees are neither refundable nor transferable.
- Forgery of e-Tranzact slips is a serious offence, attracting a fine of N50,000.
- The Access Bank Hostel is exclusively for female students in 200 Level and above.
- Direct Entry (DE) Students will continue paying the same fee as when they were admitted.
Fee Payment Procedure
Igbinedion University provides two options for students to pay their school fees:
Option 1: Online Payment
The university’s portal supports payment through ATM cards. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to make your payment online:
- Login to the portal here.
- Select “Payments” from “My Data” menu.
- Click on the “Add current session payment” button for the current session or “Custom/Balance Payment” button to pay for tuition.
- Select the fee category you want to pay for from the “Payment Category”.
- Click on “create payment”.
- Take note of the “payment_id” of the payment item you just created.
- Choose your payment method:
- Interswitch: Click on the “Pay via Interswitch CollegePay” button to pay with your ATM card.
- Etranzact: Click on the “Pay via Etranzact WebConnect” button to pay with your ATM card.
Option 2: Direct Bank Payment
For those preferring to pay directly at the bank, the following steps guide the process:
- Login to the portal here.
- Select “Payments” from “My Data” menu.
- Click on the “Add current session payment” button for the current session or “Custom/Balance Payment” button to pay for tuition.
- Select the fee category you want to pay for from the “Payment Category”.
- Click on “create payment”.
- Take note of the “Payment Id” for the payment item you just created.
- Bring the “Payment Id” to the bank to complete the payment.
It’s also important to note that the university permits fee payment in installments, with a maximum of three payments.
