According to the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), results will take days after the exam before they will be available online. The delay is said to enable the board to review the activities of the candidates and to minimise the number of cancellations of result.

How to Check JAMB Result on www.jamb.org.ng.

It’s very easy and straightforward.

1. Just go to JAMB result checking portal at http://portal.jamb.gov.ng/eFacility/CheckUTMEResults.
2. Supply your registration number/email address in the required box and click ‘Check my Result’.
3. The portal will return with your JAMB Result provided it’s available.

You can also check your result via SMS by sending RESULT, via SMS, to 55019 using the same number that was used for registration. The result would be replied as an SMS shortly after.
