For the 2024 academic year, the KTF Ogoni Scholarship Scheme offers two categories based on academic level:

200 Level/NDII Applicants:

• Total Awards: 75 scholarships
• Distribution: 50 for university students and 25 for students in polytechnics, monotechnics, or colleges of education.

Final Year Applicants:

• Total Awards: 25 scholarships
• Distribution: 23 slots for Ogoni students and 2 slots for non-Ogoni students.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the KTF Ogoni Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Ogoni Origin: Must be an Ogoni student from one of the specified Local Government Areas.
• Tertiary Institution Enrollment: Must be enrolled in an approved tertiary institution in Nigeria (university, polytechnic, monotechnic, or college of education).
• Academic Level: Must be in 200 Level/NDII or final year during the 2023/2024 session.
• Academic Performance: Must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on a 5-point scale or 2.4 on a 4-point scale.
• Bank Account: Must have a BVN-compliant bank account without maximum amount restriction.
• Scholarship Restrictions: Must not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship, such as those from oil and gas companies.
• Admission Proof: Must possess a valid admission letter into an approved institution.
• Exclusion of Part-Time Students: Part-time students are not eligible for this scholarship.

• Passport Photograph (with a white background)
• Admission Letter (into an approved federal, state university, or polytechnic)

• Each document should not exceed 300KB and must be in PDF or JPG format.
• The filename of each document should begin with your Matriculation Number (e.g., LASU2022/906783AdmissionLetter.jpg).
