In an official release, candidates who selected the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, as their preferred academic institution during the 2023/2024 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), are hereby notified that the university’s online portal for admission registration will become operational on Tuesday, 29 August 2023. The registration process will terminate on Tuesday, 31 October 2023.

Eligibility Criteria for Participation in the LAUTECH Post UTME Screening

Academic Requirements

For candidates to be considered eligible for the Post UTME screening, they must have obtained a minimum score of 180 in the 2023/2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). It should be noted that specific academic programmes at LAUTECH may necessitate a higher UTME score for admission. Additionally, candidates must have secured credits in a minimum of five relevant subjects in not more than two sittings in any of the following examinations: SSCE, NECO, or NABTEB.

For applicants interested in Medicine, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Physiology, and Anatomy, it is imperative to have credits in five relevant O’level subjects, obtained in a single sitting.

Payment and Registration Procedure

Candidates should visit the LAUTECH admission portal, apply.lautech.edu.ng, and proceed with the payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00). Payment should be made using an Inter-Switch Enabled Debit Card (ATM).
