Lagos University Teaching Hospita, LUTH  School Of Health Information Management post UTME application form for the 2014/2015 academic session is out.

The Lagos University Teaching Hospital Idi-Araba, Lagos (LUTH) School Of Health Information Management invites suitably qualified candidates to its 2014/2015 academic session post UTME screening exercise.

UTME candidates who made the School of Health Information Management, Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba, their institution of choice in the 2014 UTME and those who may wish to change their course to Health Information Management with (5) O’level credits in relevant subjects at not more than two sittings, are all invited to the Post-UTME Screening exercise for the 2014/2015 Admission session scheduled to hold as follows: .

  • Date: Friday, 26th September, 2014
  • Venue: LUTH Auditorium
  • Time: 10.00am

In addition to the above, all applicants must know that final admission into the School shall be based on the JAMB-UTME approved Cut-off mark of 150 for Polytechnics, Monotechnics and Colleges of Education in the 2014/2015 Academic session.

How To Apply For The LUTH School Of Health Information Management Post UTME

Interested candidates are to apply for admission form with the sum of Five thousand Naira (N5,000.00) only, in bank draft payable to Lagos University Teaching Hospital. The receipt of payment should be forwarded to:

Lagos, Nigeria.

For collection of application forms. Completed application forms must be returned to the School Principal not later than September 24th, 2014
