COVID-19: Michael and Cecilia Ibru University (MCIU) Postpones Security and Defence Conference, Matriculation and Foundation Day

Dear Distinguished Guest,

On behalf of the Management and Staff of Michael and Cecilia Ibru University (MCIU), I regret to announce to you the postponement of the following activities till further notice.

  1. Security and Defence Conference
  2. 5th Matriculation Ceremony
  3. Foundation Day.

We have come to this decision as a result of the increasing number of people affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Nigeria and around the world.

As much as we value your presence at these events, your safety means a lot more to us. Therefore, we urge you to take necessary preventive measures as announced by the World Health Organization (WHO).

MCIU is committed to sensitizing everyone in order to restrict the spread of this virus and we are hopeful that it will pass as quickly as possible.

We apologize for any inconveniences this postponement may have caused you. You will be duly informed of any other development. Please follow us on social media: MCIUNigeria.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Yours Faithfully,

Prof. Ibiyinka Fuwape (FNIP)
