Mono Technologies Nigeria Limited is opening its doors for its 2023 Summer Internship Programme. This is a unique opportunity for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about technology and are eager to learn, grow, and gain valuable industry experience.

Programme Description

The internship programme will run from July to September 2023 and is designed to offer interns a robust learning experience. Participants will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, participate in hands-on projects, and attend training sessions aimed at enhancing their business knowledge and soft skills. The programme also provides ample opportunities for networking with peers and industry experts, as well as gaining exposure to various aspects of Mono’s business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Interns will be expected to:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate and complete assigned projects.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks and engage in job-shadowing where necessary.
• Proactively learn and acquire relevant skills.
• Conduct research and analysis as required.

Requirements

Ideal candidates should:

• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be proficient in Google workspace and other productivity tools.
• Have foundational knowledge of relevant software and industry standards.
• Possess strong inter-personal skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Have strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Show eagerness to learn and work with various teams within the company.
• Exhibit reliability and a positive attitude towards the work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following qualifications will have an advantage:

• Foundational knowledge and research experience.
• Active involvement in extra-curricular activities demonstrating initiative.
• Previous internship experience.
• A portfolio showcasing talents and skills.
