Rector Dismisses Rumour to Relocate Federal Polytechnic, Oko:

THE Rector of Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State, Professor Godwin Onu, has allayed fears that there were moves to relocate the institution from Oko to his home- town, Ezira, in Orumba South Local Government Area of the state.

Onu, who dismissed the rumour when officials of the youth wing of Oko Peoples Union, OPU, gave him an award for his strides in the institution, said those who peddle the rumour did not understand the workings of government. (VANGUARD)
