  5. Medical professionals (Medical Doctors, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Medical Laboratory Scientists, Radiographers, Optometrists, and graduates of Health Record & Information Management) must present evidence of registration with their respective professional bodies.
  6. Prospective Corps Members MUST present a Certificate of Fitness from a government or military hospital, affixed with the Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) stamp, indicating their health status before registration.
