How to Check Your OOU Admission Status

  1. Visit the Admission Portal: Head over to the OOU admission status checking portal at OOU Admission Portal.
  2. Enter Your Details: Type in your JAMB Registration Number and Password. For your first login, your SURNAME acts as your password.
  3. Access Your Status: Click the “Login” button to view your OOU admission status.

For Candidates Admitted into OOU

  1. Accept or Reject Admission on JAMB CAPS: Go to the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) at JAMB CAPS to either accept or reject your admission offer.
  2. Print JAMB Admission Letter: After accepting the admission, print out your JAMB admission letter from here.
  3. Course Change if Necessary: If you’ve been offered a course different from your initial choice, apply for a change of course on the JAMB Portal at JAMB Course Change.

Alternatively, you can also check your OOU admission status on the JAMB admission status checking portal by:

  1. Visiting the JAMB Portal: Navigate to JAMB Portal.
  2. Logging In: Enter your Jamb profile credentials (username and password).
