To be eligible for admission into the Basic Nursing Programme, candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, obtained at not more than two sittings. These credit passes must include English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.
How to Apply for Plateau State College of Nursing and Midwifery General Nursing Programme Admission Form
Interested candidates can obtain application forms from the Academic Registry of the College in Vom, by paying a non-refundable fee of N7,500. Payments should be made using the Remita platform at any commercial bank of their choice. The RRR printout obtained from the bank should be presented to the Bursary Department for the issuance of a receipt and collection of the application form.
Applicants must attach the following documents to their completed forms:
- Two certified recent passport-size photographs.
- Photocopies of certificates.
- Photocopy of the receipt of purchase of the form.
- Local Government indigene certificate and Declaration of Age/Birth certificate.
The sale of admission forms for the 2023/2024 academic session starts on Monday, April 17, 2023. The closing date for the submission of completed forms is four weeks from the date of this advertisement. Candidates should note that there will be no extension of the date of sale of application forms.
