Job Description
The bank is currently seeking fresh graduates who are ambitious, eager to learn new skills, and can operate under the direct supervision of team leads in close coordination with group heads. The successful candidates will have a unique opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in real-life conflict scenarios, under the guidance of a highly professional team.
The program will provide candidates with an in-depth understanding of the skills and knowledge required for success in the workplace. In addition, the candidate will develop decision-making and critical thinking skills, building confidence and self-esteem.
Job Requirements
Prospective candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or any other relevant degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1). Fresh graduates who have completed NYSC and are aged 26 and below are especially encouraged to apply.
Candidates should be willing to start a career in sales and must have proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc., is also required. Previous experience is an advantage but not required. Candidates should have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment and be fluent in English.
