NYSC Passing-Out Date 2025 | 2024 Batch C Stream I
The NYSC Passing-Out ceremony for the 2024 Batch ‘C’ Stream I Corps Members has been officially scheduled. The management of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has approved Thursday, 6 November 2025, as the official date for the event.
This marks the completion of the one-year national service for Corps Members deployed across Nigeria. The NYSC Passing-Out exercise is a major milestone for every Corps Member, as it signals the end of service and the start of new opportunities.
Programme of Activities for NYSC Passing-Out
The activities for the Passing-Out ceremony will begin with Job Advisory and Counselling (JAC) sessions. These will take place at Local Government Areas across the country, giving Corps Members the chance to receive guidance on career paths and job opportunities after service.
During the period, final clearance letters will be signed by Zonal Inspectors and issued to outgoing Corps Members. This step confirms the successful completion of service and is required before the NYSC Certificate of National Service can be collected.
The Passing-Out Parade itself will be held in a low-key format, in line with NYSC’s standard practice for concluding service years.
Message from the NYSC Director-General
The Director-General of NYSC, Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu, has extended his best wishes to all Corps Members participating in the NYSC Passing-Out event. He also commended the efforts of field officers and monitoring teams who have supported the 2024 Batch ‘C’ Stream I Corps Members throughout their service year.
He encouraged the outgoing Corps Members to apply the knowledge and discipline they have gained during the service year in their future careers and personal lives.
Closing Note
The NYSC Passing-Out exercise remains a proud moment for every Corps Member, marking the successful completion of national service. Congratulations to all 2024 Batch ‘C’ Stream I Corps Members on reaching this important milestone.
