Those with payment issues should channel their complaints to email@example.com
Those with password issues should reset their password from the portal
Those who used inactive email should send request of change of email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Those having problems of either wrong JAMB number, record not found, wrong matric, duplicate matric or jamb should complain to their schools
Those with doubts in their date of birth should know that the date of birth came from jamb database. They still have option to change it using waec verification pin
Those who registered last batch but did not go or were not mobilised shouldn’t bother to do fresh registration. They just go to the portal and click on revalidation or ‘already have an account’ to login using their login details of the last registration.
