The Sterling Apprenticeship Programme (SAP) is a work-study opportunity for young Nigerians who want to grow their careers while still learning. If you are in university or have a National Diploma (OND), this programme gives you a chance to study and work at the same time.
You will gain real experience, build skills that employers value and get support with tuition plus a monthly allowance. This programme is part of Grow with Sterling, which helps young people build a future through learning and work.

Check if you can apply
You can join if:
- You are currently enrolled in a university in Nigeria
- Or you have completed an OND certificate
- You have a valid O'level result (WAEC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB) with the right subjects
- You are at least 18 years old
- If you have an OND, you must be no older than 21 at the time of applying
