UAT Admission Update: Important Notice for Freshers and Parents


Important notice for UAT Freshers and parents regarding the closure of the Admission Portal on May 19, 2023. Unaccepted admissions on JAMB CAPS will be forfeited. Admission acceptance and course registration processes need to be completed prior to the matriculation.

University of Africa Notice to Freshers

The management of the University of Africa, Toru-Orua (UAT) wishes to inform freshers and parents about some key dates and requirements related to the commencement of the 2023 academic session.

Admission Portal Closure

The UAT Admission Portal will be closing on Friday, 19th May, 2023. It is crucial to note that any admissions not accepted on the JAMB CAPS by this date will, unfortunately be forfeited.

Admission Acceptance and Course Registration

If you have received your Admission Letter, it is imperative that you visit the University of Africa Toru-Orua (UAT) website at www.my.uat.edu.ng before the portal closure date. Here, you will need to pay your Acceptance Fee and complete the Course Registration processes. These are mandatory steps to validate your admission and to allow you to participate in academic activities.

Matriculation and Semester Examinations

UAT Matriculation Ceremony is scheduled for Friday, 2nd June, 2023. It is important to understand that until you have received your Matriculation Number, you are not officially considered a UAT student.

Furthermore, if you have not completed your Course Registration, you will not be eligible to sit for the semester examinations. Completing these processes in time is essential for a smooth transition into academic activities at UAT.

Late Registration Fee

Please be aware that from next week, a Late Registration Fee will apply. The management strongly advise all students to complete the necessary steps to avoid any additional charges.
