UMYU admission list – The 1st, 2nd and 3rd batch names of candidates offered provisional admission into the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua University (UMYU), Katsina, first degree programmes for the 2020/2021 academic session are out.
The authorities of the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua University (UMYU) Katsina have released the first, second and third batch lists of candidates offered provisional admission during the 2020/2021 academic session.
UMYU admission list has been successfully uploaded on the institution’s admission status checking portal.
All the prospective students of the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua University (UMYU) that participated in the 2020/2021 Post UTME screening exercise can now check their admission status online.

The under-listed candidates have been offered Provisional Admission into the First Degree Programmes of the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua University (UMYU) for the 2020/2021 Academic Session.

Most of the admitted candidates have not uploaded their O’Level results on the JAMB Portal. They are advised to upload their results for further consideration. Similarly, all other candidates who applied for admission into the university are strongly advised to upload their O’Level results for further consideration.
Successfully admitted candidates are advised to:

- Login to their JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and ACCEPT or REJECT their admission.
- Print their JAMB admission letter after accepting the admission.
- Print their original JAMB result slip (this comes with passport photography affixed to it).
- Apply for a change of course on the JAMB Portal in case they are offered courses different from the ones they initially applied for.
ALTERNATIVELY, candidates can also access their admission status on the JAMB admission status checking portal by following the procedure outlined below:
- Go to the JAMB admission portal at https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/efacility_/.
- Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
- Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
- Select your Exam year and enter your registration number in the required column.
- Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your admission status.

my words of advice to umyu ICT.. most of the Times students are complaining about the school computer baseman exams and what they are saying is like umyu isn’t not yet ready to step up cbt exams because so many problems
use to come across but nothing done yet to tackle such problem sometimes during examination computers use flagging and still affect students examination score which is so unfair .
