- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or HND from a recognised institution in Life, Chemical, Agricultural, Health, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Hold a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in another discipline, with at least five years of verifiable experience in traditional medicine, and a demonstrated interest in public health. The degree should be at least a Second Class Lower from a recognised university.

- Maximum: 36 calendar months
