YABATECH Screening & Registration Details for ND Part-Time Admission

The screening and registration procedure for the newly admitted ND part-time students of Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) has been officially released.

All candidates admitted into the part-time programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session should prepare for the next steps in the admission process.

YABATECH Part-Time Screening and Registration Process

The management of YABATECH has outlined the screening and registration schedule for the National Diploma (ND) part-time candidates.

This applies to all newly admitted candidates for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Screening Dates

• Online Screening: October 14 – October 21, 2024
• Physical Screening: October 22 – October 29, 2024

Important Information

Candidates must complete the online screening before proceeding to the physical screening. Registration will only begin once both the online and physical screenings are completed.

Documents Required for Screening

All admitted candidates are expected to upload copies of the following documents online and present the original versions during the physical screening:

1. Verified ‘O’ Level Results (SSCE/NABTEB).
2. Original O’ Level Result/Certificate obtained before 2021.
3. Testimonial from your secondary school.
4. Two (2) signed and stamped Reference Letters from any of the following:
   • Imam or Pastor.
   • Senior Civil Servant not below Grade Level 12.
   • Lawyer.
   • Principal of your former secondary school.
5. Birth Certificate from National Population Commission, Local Government, or Hospital.
6. Evidence of Part-Time Registration on the JAMB Portal.
7. Acceptance Fee Receipt.

Final Reminders

Candidates must complete both the online and physical screenings within the specified dates.

Following successful screening, candidates can proceed with the registration process.
