FCE (Special) Oyo Affiliated to UI Post-UTME/DE Form 2025/2026
FCE (Special) Oyo, in partnership with the University of Ibadan, has opened its 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry admission portal. This guide covers the requirements, how to apply, and the deadlines.
The Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo, in affiliation with the University of Ibadan, has started admission screening for the 2025/2026 academic session. If you’re interested in teaching, especially in special education, this might be the right time to apply.
Available Courses
The College offers full-time undergraduate programmes approved by the National Universities Commission (NUC). Here are the available courses:

- Education/English
- Education/French
- Education/Islamic Studies
- Education/Mathematics
- Educational Management
- Guidance and Counselling
- Human Kinetics
- Primary Education Studies
- Special Education
*Note: Courses marked with a slash (/) are combined as minor teaching subjects only.
Who Can Apply?
You are eligible if:
- You chose the College in your 2025/2026 UTME and scored 200 or above
- You scored 200+ but did not choose the College (you’ll need to change your first-choice on the JAMB portal)
- You applied through Direct Entry and have relevant NCE results
How To Apply
All applications must be submitted online via the official portal. The deadline is 30 December 2025.
Step-by-Step Process
- Go to ui.fcesoyo.edu.ng
- Pay the ₦2,000 screening fee via Paystack
- Fill the form in CAPITAL LETTERS
- Upload your O’level results (WAEC/NECO)
- If you’re a Direct Entry applicant, upload your NCE results as well
- Use a working email and phone number
- Once completed, hit FINAL SUBMISSION and print your slip
No editing is allowed after submission, so check your entries carefully.
Important Reminders
- Screening date will be shared through your email or phone number
- Payment of the ₦2,000 fee does not guarantee admission
- Direct Entry applicants must submit two copies each of their credentials and forms at the Directorate of Degree Programmes before the deadline
- Submit only real and valid documents. Falsification leads to disqualification and possible arrest
- You must provide a valid scratch card for WAEC or NECO result verification
