Since its inception, the Womenpreneur Pitch-a-ton program has been a game-changer for many women entrepreneurs. In its first edition, it awarded a free mini-MBA certification to 50 women in Nigeria and granted N9 million to the top three applicants. Partnering with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the program has expanded to ten other African countries, providing mini-MBA certifications to over 300 women.

Program Overview
In 2024, the Womenpreneur Pitch-a-ton program will kick off its 6th season, offering mini-MBA certification to 120 women entrepreneurs in Nigeria and grants worth over N17 million. The program runs from June 24th to August 9th, 2024, featuring financial grants, certified capacity building programs, and business coaching.
Requirements
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Business Ownership: Must own at least 50% of the business.
- Business Age: The business must have been operational for at least one year.
- Age Range: Applicants must be between 18 and 55 years old.
Benefits
Participants in the program will receive:
- Mini-MBA Certification: An exclusive, certified mini-MBA program in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
- Grant Prizes: Financial grants and other consolation prizes.
- Business Coaching: Comprehensive business coaching to empower women entrepreneurs.
The program includes an 8-week mini-MBA training and pitching sessions before a Pan-African Jury panel. Top finalists will pitch their business ideas, integrating insights from their training for a chance to win financial grants.
