Admission Requirements

Minimum Entry Requirements

• Candidates must have credit level passes in five subjects at WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or equivalent in no more than two sittings.
• Subjects must include English Language and Mathematics.
• Special requirements apply for various schools and departments.

JAMB Prerequisites

• Candidates must sit for the 2024/2025 UTME of the Joint Admissions & Matriculation Board (JAMB).
• Achieving the prescribed cut-off mark is mandatory for admission.
• Ensure your UTME subject combination qualifies for your chosen programme.

Mode of Application

1. Change of Institution
   • If Christopher University was not your original choice, visit an approved JAMB CBT Centre or Christopher University to change your institution to Christopher University.

2. Application Fee
   • Visit any designated bank branch to pay the application fee of N10,000.00 to Christopher University.
3. Submit Required Documents
   • Bring proof of payment, copies of your UTME result, O’Level result, birth certificate, and three passport photographs to the University.
   • These documents will be screened and verified.
   • Notification of your processed application will be sent to your email address.
4. Online Application
   • Follow the instructions above.
   • Scan copies of your UTME, O’Level results, birth certificate, passport photograph, and proof of payment in JPEG format.
   • Go to the Christopher University website and under the Admission menu, click on “How to Apply,” then “Apply Now.”
   • Complete the application form and submit it.
   • Upload a recent passport photograph and a clear copy of the payment deposit slip.
   • The passport photograph must be on a white background and no more than three months old.
   • Use valid email addresses and personal telephone numbers.
   • Print the acknowledgment slip.
   • Notification of processed application will be sent to your email address once processed.
