SUMAS Post UTME Form – All You Need to Know

The State University of Medical and Applied Sciences (SUMAS) Post UTME Form is now available for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Located along Orba-Obollo Afor express road in Igbo-Eno, Enugu State, SUMAS is a state-owned university known for its specialised education in Medicine, Allied Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, and Natural Sciences.

If you have chosen SUMAS as your first choice and scored 160 or above in the 2024 UTME, you are invited to apply for the Post UTME screening.

Application Procedure

To apply for the SUMAS Post UTME screening, follow these steps:

1. Pay the Screening Fee
   • Pay N2,000 to the following account:
   • Account Name: SUMAS SCREENING AND APPLICATION
   • Account Number: 1226931156
   • Bank: ZENITH BANK PLC
2. Fill the Application Form
   • Visit SUMAS Application Form to fill out the form.
3. Attach Required Documents
   • Attach soft copies of your JAMB result and O’ Level certificates.
   • Ensure the documents are in PDF format and do not exceed 10MB each.
4. Upload Evidence of Payment
   • Attach proof of payment.
5. Upload Recent Passport Photograph
   • Ensure the photograph is clear and meets the required specifications.

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission into any of the programmes, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Credit Level Passes: You must have passed at least five subjects at credit levels in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or their equivalent, including English and Mathematics. For Medicine, this must be achieved in one sitting, while other programmes allow for two sittings.
2. Minimum UTME Score: You must have scored at least 160 in the UTME examination.
