University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) vacation notice to all the 2019/2020 academic session hall of residence occupants.

UNIMAID Vacation Notice

The Student Affairs Division of the University of Maiduguri, wish to notify all student that they should VACATE THE HALL OF RESIDENCE ON OR BEFORE SATURDAY 20TH JUNE 2021.

Before vacating the campus for the long holiday, he/she must submit to his/her hall Officer the following:

  •  University mattress
  • Key to his her Room
  • Any other University property in his/her possession.

Every Student is also being reminded that before vacating the halls of residence, he/she must remove all her personal belongings from the hostel. Every student is being reminded that NO UNIVERSITY STAFF WORKING IN STUDENTS HALL OF RESIDENCE SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY LEFT IN THE HOSTEL BY STUDENTS DURING LONG VACATIONS

Students are further reminded that the last person to leave any hostel room should SWITCH OFF ALL ALL SOCKETS SWITCHES AND FANS before leaving the room. Please let us help to protect university Property because it is our property.

Students who still have some academic programmes to pursue during the long vacation are reminded to request their respective Heads of Department to submit list of such Students to the Student Affairs Division for temporary hostel accommodation and also those approved to stay for temporary accommodation should immediately move to Male and Female Titanic Hall of Residence

The Student Affairs Division wishes every student journey mercy to everyone as he/she travels home for the holiday.
