Atiba University, Oyo, in collaboration with the Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB), has commenced the sale of their programme admission forms for the 2023/2024 academic session. The Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) at a Glance

JUPEB is a national examination body approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria. It conducts common and standard examinations for candidates who have undergone a minimum of one year of approved learning in Universities. Successful candidates are given the opportunity for Direct Entry admissions into 200 level courses at Nigerian and partner foreign universities.

Atiba University is one of the partnering universities for the JUPEB program. The university offers training for the JUPEB examination, with successful candidates gaining eligibility for Direct Entry admission into Atiba University and other participating universities through JAMB.

Admission of JUPEB graduates into Atiba University is strictly based on merit and other entry requirements in line with the university’s admission quota for various programmes.

Atiba University JUPEB Admission Requirements

To be considered for the JUPEB program, applicants must possess credits in at least five relevant O’Level subjects, including English Language, Mathematics, and any other three O’Level subjects in WASC/SSCE, NECO, NABTEB equivalents, in no more than two sittings. Candidates with results still being processed may also apply. Furthermore, applicants are required to register for a combination of 3 subjects out of 16 subjects, in alignment with their proposed course of study at the University.

Atiba University JUPEB Tuition

The tuition fee for the Science courses in the JUPEB programme is ₦200,000.00, while the tuition for Arts and Social Sciences is ₦150,000.00.

Once you meet the admission requirements, you can apply for your course of choice through the university portal. Applicants are to complete the online screening form available at Atiba University’s website. Forms can also be procured at the University Registry or any of the liaison offices/screening centres upon payment of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20, 000.00) online.
