Lead City Varsity VC Urges Students to be Committed to Studies::
The Vice-Chancellor of the Lead City University, Prof. Olufemi Onabanjo, has urged fresh students of the school to be committed to their studies.
Onabanjo, who advised the students to put in their best, noted that graduates of the institution were “brides” of corporate organisations within and outside Nigeria.
The school’s Director of Corporate Affairs and Communications, Dr. Ayobami Owolabi, quoted the VC as having stated this during the university’s 10th matriculation.
The VC’s statement obtained by our correspondent on Monday read, “Everything that will make your stay here memorable is put at your disposal: Beautiful home away from home, ensuite hostel accommodation, a stadium with Astro turf field, modern sports complex equipped with a gymnasium, swimming pool, badminton courts, among others, have been provided for your use and pleasure.”
