Lens Polytechnic Admission List for 2021/2022 Academic Session

This is to inform all the candidates that picked Lens Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State, as their institution of choice in the 2019 UTME that the management of the institution has released the list of candidates offered admission for the 2021/2022 academic session.
How to Check Lens Poly Admission List
Lens Polytechnic prospective students can access their admission status on the JAMB admission status checking portal by following the procedure outlined below:
- Go to the JAMB admission portal at https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/efacility_/.
- Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
- Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
- Select your Exam year and enter your registration number in the required column.
- Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your Lens Polytechnic admission status.
Candidates successfully admitted into the Lens Polytechnic, Offa ND full-time programmes are advised to:
- Login to their JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and ACCEPT or REJECT their admission.
- Print their JAMB admission letter after accepting the admission.
- Print their original JAMB result slip (this comes with passport photography affixed to it).
- Apply for a change of course on the JAMB Portal in case they are offered courses different from the ones they initially applied for.

Instructions To Admitted Candidates
- fill the online admission form on the school website.
- Make a payment of your acceptance fee of #12500, which can be achieved by paying to the school account number on the website or walk to the school account office on campus to make your payment by cash.
- Proceed to the admission office on campus with your O.level and Jamb result for registration and collection of admission letter.
- Pay school fees #35,000 per semester.
