SUMAS Enugu Registration Procedure 2022/2023


The registration procedure for the newly admitted students of the State University of Medical and Applied Sciences (SUMAS), Enugu, for the 2022/2023 academic session.

Following the release of the State University of Medical and Applied Sciences (SUMAS), Enugu 2022/2023  admission list, the management of the institution published the registration procedure for the newly admitted students.

SUMAS Enugu Registration Procedure

Complete your Student Registration in three (3) SIMPLE STEPS

STEP 1 >> Upload Acceptance payment and begin registration

You will be required to Upload the following documents:

  1. Prove of payment
  2. A Clear Passport
  3. Medical Report
  4. Jamb Admission Letter
  5. *GCE/WASC / NCE / DIP/ACE/TC.II Results
  6. Birth Certificate
  7. State of Origin

STEP 2 >> Go for Clearance and Begin Registration

If you have successfully registered. Check your email for the following registration forms:

  1. FORM R/REG/01- Acceptance of Offer of Admission and Pledge
  2. FORM R/REG/02 – Letter of Undertaking
  3. FORM R/REG.03 – Provisional Clearance
  4. FORM R/REG.04- Checking of Credentials-Degree/Diploma/Certificate
  5. FORM R/REG.05- Students’ Payment Notification slips and proof of payments
  6. FORM R/REG.07- Students Referee Form
  7. FORM R/REG.06- Students’ Motivation Letter

Also, come to the registration with the original copies of the following documents:

  1. Jamb Admission Letter
  2. *GCE/WASC / NCE / DIP/ACE/TC.II Results not more than two (2) sittings
  3. Prove of Payment
  4. Medical Report
  5. State of Origin
  6. First School Leaving
  7. School Testimonials
  8. Birth Certificate
  9. Court Affidavits

NOTE

  • You are expected to print these forms and start registration immediately
  • You will be required to change your payment notification slip into a Receipt from the Bursary Departments before the start of registration.
  • An email has been sent to your referee containing the referee form link, inform your referee to fill out the form. A copy of the registration will be sent to you after registration is completed.

STEP 3 >> Upload School Fees and other Bank Payment Receipt

You will be required to upload your school receipt on the student registration portal after your clearance and verification process has been done.

Registration Closes on Friday, 10th February 2023.
