1. A duo of recent passport-sized photographs, ideally set against a pristine white backdrop.
2. The original SSCE/NECO Certificate or a printed copy of their WAEC/NECO results.
3. Their UTME printout and the corresponding result slip.
4. If there’s been a change, the relevant Change of Course/Institution Slip.
5. Proof of their State of Origin, certified by a relevant authority.
6. Either their birth certificate or a corroborating affidavit.
