Note

We would like to bring to the attention of all candidates intending to partake in the forthcoming University Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry procedures, in regards to the 2023/2024 academic admission session, that there is a significant change in the available courses at the University of Lagos. This revered institution will not be offering two previously offered programmes during this admission cycle: Biochemistry, and Petroleum & Gas Engineering. This constitutes an important development as the University will not be admitting any students into these programmes for the stated academic year.

As this information was previously disseminated via the University’s official online platform (see https://unilag.edu.ng/?p=18254 and https://unilag.edu.ng/?p=18497 for the official announcements), candidates are kindly reminded to refrain from selecting either of these programmes as their preferred choice of study. If these programmes have already been selected by any candidates, it is strongly advised to change their choices to other available programmes to avoid any complications during the application process.
