Discrepancy in Timing Between Question Paper and Timetable:
- If there is a difference in the duration indicated on the question paper compared to the timetable, the time specified on the question paper should be followed.
Distribution of Question Papers Prior to Exam Dates:
- Visual Art:
  - Paper 3A: Instructions will be provided to schools two weeks before the examination date.
  - Paper 3B: Question papers will be distributed to candidates two weeks prior to the exam.
  - Paper 3C: Candidates are required to complete their projects within six months of the examination year. The submission deadline for art pieces will be communicated by the Council.

- Project Work Papers:

Additional Time for Candidates with Special Needs (Blind, Deaf, and Mute):
- Candidates with special needs are entitled to one and a half times the duration allotted to other candidates.
