Post UTME is a Post-JAMB (Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board) examination or screening for candidates seeking admission into various universities, polytechnics, colleges of education, and other tertiary institutions in Nigeria.

The 2023/2024 academic session admission process has started for Tertiary institutions in Nigeria.

Admission to your preferred tertiary institution is contingent on your achievement in the screening exam or aptitude test. However, some Nigerian schools do not hold Post UTME aptitude tests. For screening, they use JAMB results and O’level result grades.

What is Post UTME?

Post-UTME is an acronym that stands for “Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination”. It is a Post-JAMB (Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board) examination or screening.

      @xter, Lasu screening date has not been announced yet, you will be notified whenever it is announced. You can also change your course but sometimes its not always easy.

    Helo sir,my friend wrote ui post utme and she got 67 which is nt upto her course(medicine and surgery) cut off mark.D problem is,d change of course is out bt she cant find courses wit less marks in her department.She is very sad and panic now.Pls wil she be given a course wit less mark dan hers in admision?Or wil ui give her any course in admission?
