Post UTME is a Post-JAMB (Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board) examination or screening for candidates seeking admission into various universities, polytechnics, colleges of education, and other tertiary institutions in Nigeria.

The 2023/2024 academic session admission process has started for Tertiary institutions in Nigeria.

Admission to your preferred tertiary institution is contingent on your achievement in the screening exam or aptitude test. However, some Nigerian schools do not hold Post UTME aptitude tests. For screening, they use JAMB results and O’level result grades.

Before you apply for the Post UTME form of any school, make sure you look up its JAMB Subject Combinations and O’Level requirements in the JAMB Brochure to be on the safer side.

Post-UTME is an acronym that stands for “Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination”. It is a Post-JAMB (Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board) examination or screening.

      There is no such exam as first school leaving exam. The fslc is usually requested by your school from the government as a testimonial that you completed primary education. Go to the school where you completed your primary education and request for it. You can use a testimonial from your school in case the processing takes longer than you can afford, but make sure to ask if it’s allowed.
